And Bilam said to Balak: build me here 7 altars, and prepare here for me 7 bulls and 7 rams. And Balak did as Bilam said, and Balak and Bilam offered up an ox and a ram on each altar. And Bilam said to Balak: Stay at your burnt  offering, and I will go, maybe Jehovah will appear to meet me. And what will he tell me, I tell you, go accordingly.
