Exercises Standing.
1. Shaolin pose, feet shoulder-width apart, squatting with knees bent.

6. Exercises of the Cross - Ankh.

Magic sessions. Option 1:
Lower your hands in the Lotus onto the Floor. Try to straighten your
legs bend in knees, without lifting your hands off the Floor. Stand for
3 – 5 seconds and feel the tension in your back and the entire Skeleton.
If you can't straighten your legs completely, that's also an achievement.
Option 2:
Spread your Legs wide and lower your Palms in the Lotus onto the
Floor. Bring your Legs as close to the Center as possible and stand for
3 – 5 seconds with a feeling of tension in the entire Skeleton. If you can't
straighten your legs completely, that's also an achievement.
8. Embryo pose exercise. / On your back, or on your right or left side /
Option 1: Lie down and place the folded palms of your outstretched
arms between your bent knees. Then, pull your knees and toes up
toward your head for 1-2 seconds, so that your elbows spread out to the
sides and your body forms a ball. Straighten your arms and toes, and
again pull your knees and toes toward your head for 1-2 seconds.
Repeat the movements 5-10 times.
Option 1: Sit down, clasping your ankles and try to put your face on
your knees, and squeeze for 3 - 5 seconds.
Option 2: Sit down on the carpet, clasp your ankles and Roll on your
back on the carpet back and forth 3 - 5 times.
9. Shaolin pose.
Straight arms behind your back, raise your arms up and forward and
Clap your palms. Repeat clapping 10 times. Feel Pleasure and Freedom
in your body.
10. The body position is straight, legs slightly wider than shoulders. Hands
Palms up. Connect Little and Ring fingers freely at the level of the Solar
Plexus. Do a full Inhale and Exhale through the nose at least 7 - 10 times.
11. Place your feet shoulder-width apart and make any rotations with freely
